HOW DO WE HELP?

1. 60 Minute Initial Assessment

This is a 1 hour appointment with the goal of understanding you so we can create the safest and most effective exercise program.

2. Your Health Prescription

Think of this the same as the prescription you get from your doctor for medication, but for exercise.

3. Six Weeks Tailored Exercise Therapy

 We ensure your safety, help keep you accountable and support you in your physical activity journey to get the best results.

4. Review Assessment

After 6 weeks we will take you through your review assessment, where we will show you all the progress you have made so far towards your goals!

5. Health Review and Prescription

We then package all your results into a document and redo your health prescription based on how
you went, how you are feeling and what goal you want to achieve in the next 6 weeks.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This service is designed for NDIS participants with physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities, including conditions such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, autism, or Down syndrome. It is also ideal for individuals who require adaptive, accessible environments and personalised exercise plans.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

The program starts with a thorough assessment to identify your unique needs, abilities, and goals. Using this information, our team will create a tailored exercise plan that incorporates safe, supportive environments and adaptive equipment. We’ll also provide detailed progress tracking and regular reports to support your NDIS plan and goals.
