1. 60 Minute Initial Assessment

This is a 1 hour appointment with the goal of understanding you so we can create the safest and most effective exercise program.

2. Your Health Prescription

Think of this the same as the prescription you get from your doctor for medication, but for exercise.

3. Six Weeks Tailored Exercise Therapy

 We ensure your safety, help keep you accountable and support you in your physical activity journey to get the best results.

4. Review Assessment

After 6 weeks we will take you through your review assessment, where we will show you all the progress you have made so far towards your goals!

5. Health Review and Prescription

We then package all your results into a document and redo your health prescription based on how
you went, how you are feeling and what goal you want to achieve in the next 6 weeks.

Our team begins with an in-depth assessment to evaluate your health metrics, such as blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and understand your specific challenges. Based on this, a personalised exercise plan is created to help you manage your condition without overexertion or fatigue. Your progress is closely monitored, and the program is adjusted regularly to ensure it continues to meet your evolving needs.
