1. 60 Minute Initial Assessment
This is a 1 hour appointment with the goal of understanding you so we can create the safest and most effective exercise program.
2. Your Health Prescription
Think of this the same as the prescription you get from your doctor for medication, but for exercise.
3. Six Weeks Tailored Exercise Therapy
We ensure your safety, help keep you accountable and support you in your physical activity journey to get the best results.
4. Review Assessment
After 6 weeks we will take you through your review assessment, where we will show you all the progress you have made so far towards your goals!
5. Health Review and Prescription
We then package all your results into a document and redo your health prescription based on how
you went, how you are feeling and what goal you want to achieve in the next 6 weeks.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Our aged care services cater to older adults facing mobility challenges, joint pain, or conditions like arthritis and osteoporosis. This program is also ideal for seniors recovering from illness, surgery, or falls, as well as those looking to maintain independence and improve balance to prevent future injuries.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
The program begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current health, mobility, and fitness levels, allowing us to design a tailored exercise plan that prioritises safety and effectiveness. You’ll engage in low-intensity exercises focused on improving strength, flexibility, and balance, all under the close supervision of an exercise physiologist who will guide and adjust your program as needed.
