Boxing the air is a simple warm up exercise almost anyone can do to warm up the body and prepare for an exercise session. This can be done sitting or standing and is safe for all fitness levels.
How to perform Boxing the Air Exercise:
1. Start by sitting or standing in a comfortable position, based on where you are more comfortable
2. Punch the air in a controlled manner continuously for a prescribed amount of time
3. Keep a good posture, your shoulders down and chest up throughout
