The seated resistance band row is an excellent exercise for those with decreased function or little exercise experience. All you need is a resistance band and a chair. To complete the exercise:
How to perform the Seated Resistance Band Row:
1. Set up on a chair with a resistance band secured to a stable object at roughly navel height, or as close as possible.
2. Grab the resistance band with both hands with your elbows fully extended.
3. Start by drawing your shoulder blades down and back then drawing your elbows to the back of the room.
4. Control the band back to the start position and repeat the exercise as prescribed.
